Instructions
- Step 1: Prepare the Cauliflower – Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C). Cut cauliflower into uniform florets, rinse, and dry.
- Step 2: Make the Batter – Combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Gradually add water until smooth.
- Step 3: Coat the Cauliflower – Dip florets into the batter, coating evenly. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Step 4: Bake the Cauliflower – Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Step 5: Prepare the Buffalo Sauce – Combine hot sauce, melted butter, and Worcestershire sauce in a saucepan over low heat.
- Step 6: Toss and Serve – Toss baked cauliflower with Buffalo sauce and serve hot.

For a vegan version, substitute butter with plant-based alternatives and use gluten-free flour if needed.
