Instructions
- Prepping the Ingredients: Start by thawing the frozen spinach and squeeze out as much moisture as possible. Drain and chop the artichoke hearts, and mince the garlic cloves.
- Mixing the Dip: In a large mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth. Fold in spinach and artichokes, then add mozzarella, Parmesan, and seasonings.
- Baking Instructions: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C), and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Serving Suggestions: Serve with tortilla chips, veggies, or toasted baguette slices, garnished with extra Parmesan or red pepper flakes.
Notes
