- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 loaf French bread
- 1 cup pizza sauce (or more to taste)
- 1/2 cup pepperoni (or to taste)
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Melt the butter until fully liquid.
- Mix in garlic powder and chopped parsley.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the French bread lengthwise.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture on the cut sides.
- Bake the bread cut-side up for 5-8 minutes until golden brown.
- Lower the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer half the pepperoni on the toasted bread.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over the pepperoni.
- Top with mozzarella cheese and remaining pepperoni.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with parsley and oregano, then slice and serve.
Notes
Use fresh bread for the best texture.

You can prepare the garlic butter and slice the bread ahead of time.
