Instructions

- Mix garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Coat the chicken wings with the spice mixture in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the seasoned wings.
- Bake the wings for 45 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Melt butter in a pot, add minced garlic and parsley, and mix.
- Pour the garlic butter mixture over the baked wings.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the wings and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
