- 2 cans (16 oz each) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup pizza sauce (for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the cans of biscuit dough and separate each biscuit, cutting them into quarters.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the biscuit dough pieces with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices, tossing gently.
- Layer the dough mixture in a bundt pan, alternating with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Combine melted butter, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder; drizzle over the layered dough.
- Bake for approximately 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before inverting onto a serving plate.
Notes
Serve warm with pizza sauce for dipping. Can be customized with different toppings or vegetables.
