Ingredients

Instructions

  • Step 1: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Step 2: In a mixing bowl, combine the sourdough discard, all-purpose flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a dough forms, adding water as needed.
  • Step 3: Roll the dough out to your desired thickness on a floured surface.
  • Step 4: Cut the rolled dough into desired shapes and prick the tops with a fork.
  • Step 5: Bake on a parchment-lined baking sheet for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
