- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup to the skillet, mixing thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Layer the beef and vegetable mixture in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the beef mixture.
- Bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, let cool for a few minutes, then serve and enjoy!
Notes
This casserole can be made ahead of time and refrigerated. It also freezes well if you prepare it but don’t bake it. Just cover tightly and store.
